You are required to verify your business to begin transacting seamlessly.

To verify your account, there are three steps to be completed during the verification process.

  • Basic information; you are required to fill in your basic information.
  • Business Information; you are required to input your business information.
  • Verification documents; Upload the required documents to verify your account. 

If you are a freelancer or starter business you can verify your account with recent copies of the following. 

  • Utility Bill
  • Bank account statement
  • Certificate of the business name (for starter businesses only)
  • BN number (for starter businesses only)
  • Certificate application form (for starter businesses only)

If you are a Business owner ( sole trader)  you can verify your account with the following.

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement / Past Invoice / Purchase order
  • Business registration document 
  • CAC2 Shareholder structure

If you are a registered business (corporate Entity ) you can verify your account with recent copies of the following. 

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement / Past Invoice / Purchase order   
  • Key personnel ID
  • CAC2 Shareholder structure 
  • Business registration document   

Please note that you may be required to upload further documents if required.
