You are required to verify your business to begin transacting seamlessly.
To verify your account, there are three steps to be completed during the verification process.
- Basic information; you are required to fill in your basic information.
- Business Information; you are required to input your business information.
- Verification documents; Upload the required documents to verify your account.
If you are a freelancer or starter business you can verify your account with recent copies of the following.
- Utility Bill
- Bank account statement
- Certificate of the business name (for starter businesses only)
- BN number (for starter businesses only)
- Certificate application form (for starter businesses only)
If you are a Business owner ( sole trader) you can verify your account with the following.
- Utility bill
- Bank statement / Past Invoice / Purchase order
- Business registration document
- CAC2 Shareholder structure
If you are a registered business (corporate Entity ) you can verify your account with recent copies of the following.
- Utility bill
- Bank statement / Past Invoice / Purchase order
- Key personnel ID
- CAC2 Shareholder structure
- Business registration document
