You would be required to select your business type immediately after opening a free account and successfully verifying your email. We ask for this information to enable us to tailor your experience on Zide based on your business type, the businesses are grouped into 3 main types:
- Freelancer: You have no registered business but still want to accept and make payments in your name.
- Sole trader; You are categorized as a sole trader if you have a business where you are the sole proprietor.
- Registered Business: as a registered business, you have a business that is registered. You can either be a Small & Medium scale Enterprise or Non-SME (a much larger corporation).
