Transfers done on Zide are usually successful within the stipulated processing time. However, in rare situations where there is a problem communicating with the beneficiary bank, a transfer may linger in the In-progress status for more than a few minutes.
Rather than setting the transfer to fail in this situation, our systems will keep retrying the transfer across different channels until all alternatives have been exhausted and the transfer fails.
Please keep in mind that the 'In-progress' status isn't final, and the transfer's status will eventually be altered to Successful or Failed.
